Story of Pranayam
Pranayam is a movie filled with romance and love. Pranayam tells the love story of three elder citizens in a very different way. We can feel the magical touch of love in the movie from the title card onwards. The first half of the movie mostly contains the flash back scenes. Mohanlal only have a very few scenes in the first half but in every scenes he has shown his talent in acting.
The story of Pranayam starts with Achutha Menon who came in flat for seeing his son. Accidentally he happens to see Grace who was Achutha Menon's previous wife. Grace is the wife of Mathwes who settles in the flat along with her daughter. Grace again meet Achutha Menon along with Mathews. But Achutha Menon's son can't accept this meeting and became angry and he asks her father to return back to his native place. Then the movie travels in an unexpected manner with the life of these three old legends.
In the movie Pranayam Anupam Kher is doing the role of Achutha Menon and Mathwes as Mohanlal and Grace as Jayaprada. Anoop Menon is doing the son character of Achutha Menon and Dhanya Mary Varghese is doing the daughter role of Mathwes.Review of Pranayam
In Malayalam many of the film has come with "Pranayam" as theme. But the strangest fact is that none of that film has the title "Pranayam". Blessy has share this knowledge in many of the interviews and he decided to take a movie with title Pranayam.
In Pranayam we can see a healthy competition between many skilled experienced persons. In my view the winner of the competition is the filmmaker Blessy. He has shown his appreciable job in Pranayam as a director. The direction in Pranayam is simply superb. Any strong heart man can experience the feel of Romance through the movie Pranayam. Some dialogues in Pranayam can capture any hearts and fells you that "If I have such a lover". The script of the movie is also very fine.
When we look into acting you can see that three legends are fighting to show their talents. Jayaprada has got best film in her carrier and has shown maximum sincerity to her role. Anupam Kher was also good in acting.
Even though Mohanlal does not have much scenes in Pranayam he has shown an impressive talents through Mathwes. Mohanlal has handle this complex role easily through his unbelievable talents in acting. Even anti Mohanlal will congratulate him by seeing his talent. He has done that much in the movie Pranayam. Some of its dialogues will fill our eyes with tears.
Trough the movie Pranayam Blessy has given a new face to Romance. Malayalam film industry has never handle this type of story. If you are a film lover you must watch this movie because it will gives you the true feeling of love.Quick Verdict of Pranayam
