Ingredients
Ada -1/2 cup
Scraped coconut -1.5 cup
Jaggery - 1 cup
Cashewnuts --12 No:s
Ghee -1/4 cup
Sugar -- 1 tablespoon
Cardamoms -- 4 No:s
Preparation
After arranging the ingredients mentioned above, you can get ready for preparing yummy ada pradhaman.
* First of all, put two teaspoons of ghee in pan and fry ada lightly.
* In the second step, grind cardamom with sugar thoroughly and keep it aside.
* Fry kismis and cashewnuts in ghee till brown colour is reached and keep it aside.
* Now, soak the scraped coconut milk in warm water and make an extract of thick coconut milk. Also make a second extract of coconut milk by adding little more warm water to the mixture.
*Crush jaggery in powder size and keep it aside.
*Boil ada and second extract of coconut milk extract till ada is soft and ready.
*Now, add crushed jaggery and continue cooling till the recipe is thickened.
* Add ghee to the mixture and after a few minutes time add the first extract of coconut milk to recipe.
*Sprinkle crushed cardomom powder and add fried cashewnuts and kismis to the recipe. Yummy and delicious ada pradhaman is ready now and you can serve it hot at room temperature.
