Onam Special Ada Pradhaman Recipe

Kerala's Favorite Ada Pradhaman


Ada Pradhaman is a very tasty porridge; especially it is a special festival dish of Keralitis. Now these days most of the latest married girls do know to make any traditional dishes. This article helps you to making tasty Ada Pradhaman.We an make Ada Pradhaman in various methods. one of them are give here. In this recipe we are using cow milk instead of this we can use coconut milk will give another taste.
Ada Pradhaman
Ingredients
Ada - 250 gms
Sugar - 750 gms
ghee - 150 gms
Cow Milk – 3 Litter
cashew nuts – 10
Cardamom - 50 gms
Raisins - 10

Preparation Method
1. Take milk in large pot and allow to boiling few seconds

2. Boil water in another pot and mix ada to this boiling water allow cooking for few minutes till it is cooked soft.

3. Strain after 10 minutes and keep aside.

4. Mix the boiled milk and sugar to this cooked Ada and allow cooking in low flame it become thick.

5. Fry the cashew and raisins in ghee and garnish the Pradhaman with this.
