Peel the banana and split vertically to two pieces,again cut small thick pieces. Fry it in warm coconut oil.Heat the molasses in 1/4 glass of water turn of fire when it dry. Add dried ginger powder and fired banana pieces in the molasses. Stirring until banana pieces get separated.Kaya varuthathu
It is banans fried dish.

Peel the banana and cut vertically into four pieces .then again cut long pieces to small pieces. Heat coconut oil and add banana pieces to it fry it well .When it become 3/4 add turmeric powder and salt mixed in 1tbsp water. Fry well.
