Nativity Certificate
Where the method of recruitment to any post of any service class or category is by direct recruitment on district -wise basis, then the candidates belonging to that district will be given extra preference such that you submit the Nativity Certificate signed by the village officer.Click here to Get: Nativity Certificate (Malayalam & English)
Age Proof
If Educated, any of the following certificate can be submitted as age proof
True Copy of the relevant page of S.S.L.C or its equivalent.
True Copy of the relevant extract of the School Admission Register.
True Copy of the Transfer Certificate.
If education below SSLC, then you can submit
True Copy of horoscope attested by a Gazetted Officer.
Authenticated extract from the Birth Register.
True Copy of Certificate of Birth issued by the Registrar of Birth and Death duly certified (Specifying name and address) by a Gazetted Officer.Proof of Educational Qualifications
Either the Degree or Provisional Certificate obtained from the respective University/college/school.
In the case of candidates with educational qualifications lower than those mentioned above, the extract of the relevant portion of the school record issued under the signature of the Head of the Institution.Community Certificate
In cases of granting reservation benefits in respect of SC/ST Candidates,OBC or Malai Arayan Christian, then true copy of the Community Certificate (two copies) issued by the Competent Revenue Authority not below the rank of a Tahsildar shall at the time of interview.
