The Sheejas IT mall is a new concept in the mall sector. This venture is from the Noveon Group an enterprise started in the year 1993 at Cochin. It was doing the business of IT products distribution. From 1998 the Noveon started its expansion in the IT business and opened its branches at Thrissur, Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram and Kannur. During this year they opened 2 more branches one each at Kollam and another Muvatupuzha. The Sheejas wants to give a new experience in IT shopping by starting the mall concept to the IT business. This is also a history in the IT sector of the State with all solutions with a collection of the world's most wanted brands of IT products. The mall deals with all the products from servers, desktops, laptops, note books, net books, printers, and scanners, UPSs all the hard and soft wares. The IT products buyers have the facility to shop all their requirements under one roof without the need for wandering to different stores for different products and all services. Kinda Cool IT mall – the Hub
The Kinda Cool known as the Hub is being built by the Anzera Properties. This concept is appropriate for Kochi as Kochi will be the IT Hub of Kerala in the near future. There is already one IT mall functioning in Kochi. Since IT is picking up in Kerala there will be scope for this mall also. When completed this will be a one stop solution for all the IT and Telecom products need. The mall complex will have 4 floors of retail outlets to cater to the needs of the IT gadgets right from the CD covers, CDs, pen drives, charges and in fact everything which come under the IT, Telecom and all the ancillary products. The Hub – Kinda Cool mall Location
The Hub is going to be on the Paramara Road. It is very close to the Ernakulum North railway Station. It is also very near to the printing paradise in Kochi. The printing paradise is spread on the entire length of Paramara Road. The only problem is this road is always busy and there will be no parking place for the shoppers. But the Hub – Kinda Cool mall has made provision for ample car parking area.
