Ezham Suryan malayalam movie story and preview

Unni Mukundan, the new sensation in Malayalam cinema, is flying high with a handful projects. He was introduced to Malayalam cinema through the Mammootty starrer Bombay March 12. He was appreciated for the performance. The latest release of him is Talsamayam Oru Penkutty in which he pairs up with Nithya Menon. He is now part of a few projects including Vysakh's Mallu Singh.

The other flick he has expectations is the family drama by Njanaseelan named Ezham Sooryan. Njanaseelan is a noted mini-screen director. He is debuting in cinema with Ezham Sooryan. He is expecting the same succes he found in the television field.

The film tells the story of an astrologer and his son. Unninarayanappanikkar is a member of a traditional astrologers' family. Being a widower, he has left all his life for his son. However, Chithrabhanu, his son is not adherent to his father's tradition. He is hot tempered and this naturally gets him into troubles often. Panikkar is sad on his son's nature. The happenings following an incident in their life form the rest of the story.

Saikumar appears as Unninarayanappanikkar whereas Unni Mukundan doing the lead Chithrabhanu. Mahalakshmi is the heroine of the movie. Jagathy Sreekumar, Kalpana, Sreejith Ravi, Suraj Venjaramoodu and Salimkumar handle other major roles. The movie is scripted by mini-screen writer P Vijayakumar. Ezham Sooryan is produced by Ramesh Cholayil under the banner of Kaivalyam Creations. The lyrics by Asha Ramesh are set to tune by M Jayachandran and Mohan Sithara. The movie is expected to be released around Vishu.
