The Friday turns around the magical date 11/11/11, interestingly the date fell in a Friday, the day is the more exited and waiting for something different happen. The film says the story of some peoples those who arrive at the Alappuzha on a particular Friday. Fahad Fazil and Ann Augestine will play the lead roles in this movie. The script of the movie is penned by Najeem Koya, who also had done the script of the movie Apoorvaragham.
The movie tells six individual stories which are knowingly or unknowingly connected to each other. In Kuttanadu lot of peoples depending on boat service for their daily routines. The film focus on these peoples.

One of the specialty of this movie is that it is produced by a 24-year-old Sandra Thomas who is son of Producer Thomas Joseph Pattathanam. The camera of the movie Friday is handled by Jomon Thomas and lyrics by Beeyar Prasad and BGM by Rex Vijayan. The music is handled by Roby Abraham.
