Bank of Baroda Clerical Recruitment 2012 Advertisement - 40 Vacancies in Kerala
Bank of Baroda 2012 clerical recruitments for 2000 vacancies have been invited. Bank of Baroda has invited applications to fill the uprising 2000 vacancies for clerical posts. Among the 2000 vacancies, 40 are to be filled from candidates from Kerala. As per the Bank of Baroda Clerical Recruitments 2012 notification candidates who had appeared for the common written examination for clerical posts conducted by the Institute for Banking Personnel Selection in 2011(IBPS) are eligible to apply for the uprising vacancies. As the clerical recruitment will be based on a State or Union Territory basis, candidates should have to apply for vacancies in a State/Union Territory from which they had appeared the common written exam. Those who wish to apply for the current clerical posts should have to possess proficiency in the official language of the State/Union Territory. The candidates should be able to read, write and speak English and computer knowledge with special preference to MS-Office basic applications is a must.
The basic pay scale for the post will be Rs.7200 – 19300 along with DA, HRA, etc as per the bipartite settlement which is being amended from time to time. The probation period will be of 6 months. Persons identified as disabled will have to work in the suitable Branches/Offices offered by the bank.

The online registration has started from 24th March 2012 and will expire on 10th April 2012. Those who are of the age 18-28 and have cleared the IBPS exam with more than 24 marks (General) and 21 marks (Reserved) in each section can apply for the clerical post.
Later the bank will publish the list of candidates who are eligible for the interview. The interview will be conducted in various centres. In Kerala the interview will be conducted at Ernakulam. The exact centre where the interview is being conducted will be published one week before the date in the official website of the bank. Application fee and online registration procedure
Those who wish to apply for the clerical post should deposit a non refundable application fee through online or offline mode. For general category it is Rs 150 while for others it would be Rs 50. Using debit card, credit card or online banking application fee can be submitted online payable at Bank of Baroda. Don't forget to take a print out of the receipt after paying online. The payment receipt is a must during the time of interview. You can also apply offline by filling the prescribed challan form which is available at bank's website. You have to download the challan and fill the form properly in BLOCK LETTERS. The fees can be deposited in favour of Bank of Baroda Bandra, Kurla Complex Branch, Mumbai, Account Number 29040200000257 or at the nearest BOB branches.
