God For Sale: Bhakthi Prasthanam malayalam movie – Kunchacko Boban and Anu mol pairs

Spirituality has become a trendy business in the current world giving rise to a handful of fraud spiritual leaders and man gods who gets into the unsatisfied minds and wants improvement from their current life status. There had been few movies made in Malayalam which portrayed shades of the fraudulent activities of these man gods. But here comes a movie titled as ' God For Sale: Bhakthi Prasthanam' which deals completely with the story of fake god men who had taken advantage of the credulous people. It speaks about how innocent people are trapped with no way out. The superstitions and unscientific beliefs which are still practiced at present too are also being unfolded in the movie. It also reveals an incident which took place in Kerala in the recent past.

After making his directorial debut with 'Bombay March 12', Babu Janardhanan's is up with his second movie 'God For Sale: Bhakthi Prasthanam' which will star Kunchacko Boban and Suraj Venjaranmoode playing the roles of spiritual leaders. The story of the movie is handled by the director himself.



It is known that Kunchako Boban will be seen in 3 getups in the movie while Suraj is up in a double role. He will play the roles as Kunchako's father and also as his brother. The shooting of the movie is progressing in Vadakkenchery.

After her brilliant performance in the movie 'Akam' Anu Mol has teamed with crew of ' God For Sale: Bhakthi Prasthanam'. Its reported that she will play the female lead role opposite to young stylish actor Kunchacko Boban. It is also known that Anu is casted in the role as the wife of Kunchacko Boban. After doing 'Akam', her debut movie in Malayalam opposite to Fahad Fazil, Anu had been busy with the biopic movie 'Ivan Megharoopan' with Prakash Bare. Already Anu mol is much popular among Malayalam and tamil viwers. She had been one the favourite VJ in Kairali channel while stepped into movie industry with her debut movie in tamil. She recently won the award for the best face of the year.

Even though many movies including Priyanandanan's 'Bhakthajanangalude Sradhakku' deals with a theme related to spirituality, its known that the movie ' God For Sale: Bhakthi Prasthanam' is an open satire towards the life of spiritual fake god men who had opened new ways for making spirituality a real time business than any other in the world.

Just from the movie posters, the theme of the movie is much clear. The lead actor Kunchacko Boban had been turned into a spiritual god keeping the title much perfect for his character.
