The movie diamond Necklace tells a story about a young and handsome doctor Arjun(Fahad)in Dubai. He enjoys his life as much as possible without any self control. For enjoyment purposes he borrows money from various banks using debit cards. At that time, he falls in love with a nurse Lakshmi(Gouthami) working in his hospital. Then he goes to his home in Kerala as his mother was admitted to hospital. In that situation due to various reasons the doctor gets married to one village girl known as Kalamandalam Rajashri (Anusree). When he returned back to Dubai, he faces many financial problems. At that time he fall in a relationship with a cancer patient known as Maya (Samvrutha).
In some particular situation Dr. Arjun takes the valuable Diamond necklace of Maya from her suitcase while she admitted in his hospital. This makes him depressed and he tells his problems to Mr. Venu(Sreenivasan) who comes from Arjun's village in kerala. That was reason for a change in his life. Venu try to solve his problems by talking with bank manager and return back him to his life with good qualities.
