Red chilies: 2 (Chopped)
Curry leaves: few
Coriander leaves: few (cut into small pieces)
Garlic: 5-6 pieces
Cinnamon powder: 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder: 1 tsp (If u need more spicy add more)
Tamarind: 50gm (strip in water)
Turmeric Powder: 2 pinches
Asafetida: 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp

1. First of all you have to squeeze the tomato with the stir tamarind water.
2. Next, you have to add following ingredients cinnamon powder, pepper powder with the tamarind water.
3. Next you have to Heat the oil then add with Mustard seeds, it will ready to start splutter. Next you have to add Curry leaves, Red chilies, Garlic, Coriander leaves.
4. You should follow with low level flame like simmer state then keep it and cook some more minutes.
5. Next you have to pour the tamarind water with that all contents.
6. Include with 1 liter of water into it

8. Include some salt based on your taste
