The Coconut chutney is one of the main dishes in our breakfast and for dinner mainly for idly and dosa, some of them will use it for chapatti and for rice also. If you want to try to prepare the coconut chutney mean it's for you. Follow the steps and enjoy the Ingredients need to prepare Coconut Chutney
1. 1 Medium size coconut
2. 3 Red / Green Chilly
3. Small amount of mustard seeds
4. Small amount of urad dhal
5. Hing a pinch
6. Small amount of Tamarind
7. Salt to Taste
8. 10 to 20 curry leaves
9. Oil as neededSteps / Method to prepare Tasty Coconut Chutney
1. First cut the coconut into small pieces
2. Grind the Coconut by pouring some water into it.
3. During grind put the Tamarind into it and grind it well and keep it aside.
4. Then cut the chilies also
5. In the pan pour the oil and make it to heat
6. Put mustard seeds and urad dhal
7. Now put the curry leaves, hing and fry it
8. Now put the cut chilies into it and fry it
9. Now put the grinded coconut into the fry pan
10. Add some water
11. Add some salt to taste
12. Turn off the stove; Coconut Chutney is ready to serve
