The Qisa film festival is the first short movie festival and competition to be held in IT giant of Kerala Techno Park. How to participate in Qisa film festival
Those who want to participate in Qisa film festival of Technopark, should fill the registration form which will be obtained from the official website (http://www.qisa.prathidhwani.org/) of Prathidwani. Those who wish to submit an entry should remit Rs 500 for each film they submit. Registration fee is not refundable either the movie is selected or not. The film festival is held on September 15 at Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram. Anyone can visit to the function by register in the delegate registration. Prathidwani organization expects hundreds of filmmakers and audience members to mix mingle and explore the art of the short movie. The winning entries will announce at closing ceremony of the Qisa film festival on 15th September 2012. And the reward with memento will give in a separate function held on 20th September 2012 at Techno Park in which a celebrity from the movie will be present.
