Mar Thoma College of Science & Technology is an excellent college, established in the year 1995. This college is managed by The Mar Thoma Educational, Technical, Training and Research Centre, under the Trivandrum - Kollam Diocese of the Mar Thoma Church. It is affiliated to University of Kerala. Various under graduate and post graduate courses are offered to students from all caste and creed. Fees for each semester has to be paid together and it varies according to the course taken. Hostel fees has to be paid for every six months and it includes the room rent and the charges for water and electricity. There is two different college hostels, one for boys and one for girls. There is a chapel for the students in the hostel. The girls hostel is within the college premises and there is a warden to look after them. Food will be provided from the hostel.
