Drishyam malayalam movie: Mohanlal and Meena in lead

Standing on height after the roaring success of 'Memories', director Jeethu Joseph is gearing up to deliver yet another visual treat, this time joining with super star Mohanlal. Titled 'Drishyam', the movie will be creamed with a heart touching theme which would make the movie enthusiasts sit intact in their seats.

Much interestingly, lucky girl Meena would don the lead lady in the movie. It would for the 7th time that the successful pair Mohanlal and Meena joining together for a project.

To be produced by Antony Perumbavoor under Ashirvad Cinemas banner, Dhrishyam would be a visual treat for the movie lovers. With the shooting expected to start on 25th September, 'Dhrishyam' would be Mohanlal's Christmas release.

After wrapping up the shooting of the ongoing 'Geethanjali', Mohanlal would be joining the sets of 'Drishyam'. As the title, the movie will fill colours into the hearts of movie enthusiasts.

'Drishyam' revolves around the life of the protagonist and his rapport with his wife and teenage daughter. Meena would be essaying the role of the hero's wife. Even though many actresses were reported to be casted as heroine, finally Meena was decided to be in the lead role. As the character donned by Meena is much powerful, the actress would be able to make a comeback in the industry.

Jeethu Joseph who had created wonders with his previous ventures like Mummy & Me, My Boss and Memories is one the move to create wonders with his upcoming project. Mohanlal and Meena has worked together with movies like 'Udayanaanu Tharam', 'Chandrolsavam' etc.

With the pre production works going on, the rest of the cast will be announced soon. After the final touch of the script, the movie will go on floor during the last week of September. So join this December for a visual bonanza offered by Mohanlal and Jeethu Joseph.
