Young actor Sreenath Bhasi who rose to fame within a short span of time is getting busy with a couple and more movies in kitty. The actor would be seen in Fazil Muhammed's 'Once Upon a Time There was a Kallan' which zooms into the relationship of a family and a thief.

Sreelakshmi and Prathap Pothen would give life to the lead characters in the movie while Tini Tom, Kalabhavan Shajon and Sreekumar will also be seen in prominent roles. Scripted by Kalavoor Ravikumar, the movie would start rolling from October with Kannur as its prime shooting location.

Veteran actor Prathap Pothen who made a comeback into the industry with '22 Female Kottayam' would get featured in a never seen avatar, the role of a seventy year old man. The story of the movie revolves around a thief played by Sreenath Bhasi and how he gets connected with a family. This movie also explores the father-children relationship in a family.

Sreelakshmi Sreekumar who is making her active presence on small screen as an anchor would make her big screen acting debut as heroine with 'Once Upon a Time There was a Kallan'. She plays a rustic character who is very bold in nature.

Sreelakshmi who is currently pursuing her first year B.Com, Travel and Tourism, at Sacred Heart College in Ernakulam is skilled in all classical dance forms, mono act and even passionate in drawing and poetry too. Highly ambitious Sreelakshmi who aims to be a part of the Indian Civil Services finds films are just a transit point in the journey to that goal.
