Candidates aspiring to start a career with Kerala Govt. jobs need to appear for an exam for the specific post. For the Kerala PSC exams 2011, like every year, there are certain criteria which need to be fulfilled.What are the eligibility criteria for a Kerala PSC exam?
Each KPSC notified job for which you need to give an exam will have its own individual eligibility criteria with regard to age, experience and educational qualifications. However, there are certain general criteria, too, which are mandatory for making such applications.
The first and main requirement is that you should be a citizen of India. Others who can apply are candidates who are Subjects of Nepal/Subjects of Bhutan/Tibetans who have migrated to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India/ Persons of Indian origin who have migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda and United Tanzanian Republic (erstwhile Tanganyika and Zanzibar) with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Secondly, the candidate must be a person of good character.
