Today was a great day for Cochin people. The 2011 World Cup Trophy arrived here on morning 8 Am. The Cup arrived at Nedumbassery International Airport in 9W-405 flight along with the 1983 World Cup Winning Team Member Rojer Binni. He handover-ed the trophy to Kerala Cricket Association general Secretory K.C.Mathew. Later the cup rounded Kochi city with high security on open-door vehicle.After that, World Cup reached Kaloor International Statdium on 10.30 Am. There were World Cup Quiz and games for world cup lovers in Kochi stadium. Later the trophy exhibited on Oberon Mall. The trophy has written off with names of all playing teams on it.
