Urumi is the story of the boy who wanted to kill Vasco da Gama. The boy is Kelu Nayanar, played by Prithviraj. Urumi is directed by Santhosh Sivan and he's sure that the movie has lot to speak to the outside world also. That's why the same movie will be released in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and English with some changes to suit the audience from each of these areas.
Kelu Nayanar gets support from Ayesha (Genelia) of the famed Arackal Sultana and Vavvali (Prabhudeva)- his childhood friend in this great mission. Urumi will definitely take you through varieties of breathtaking battle scenes both in the land and in the sea. The fight scenes of Genelia, Prithviraj and Prabhu Deava will make the film worth to watch.
