T.N.Prathapan is the congress candidate for Kodungallur Constituency which is in Thrissur district for Kerala Assembly Elections 2011. He is a very famous politician and has a strong political background.Political Background and Position Held by T.N. Prathapan
He entered politics through K.S.U and was general secretary. He was also member of different political committee. They include District Youth Congress, DCC Thrissur, Wild Life Advisory Board, Kerala Sports Council, Calicut University Cenate,Kerala Kalamandalam Ex-Committee, Coastal Regulatory Authority and executive Committee member of Institute of Parliamentary Affairs.
