The 13th Kerala Assembly election is getting hot on 13th April 2011 and is going smoothly with a huge people for voting. Today during the 13th election to Kerala it is seem to have huge polling percentage in the state. The voting polling had started from 7am onwards. Great fuss is experiencing at villages as well as in cities. 20% polling rate was delineated within 20 minutes. This is a real battle that decides who will rule over Kerala next time. The fate will be of 2.31 crores of voters.
