According to the latest news the documentation of the treasure that unearthed from the vaults of Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple will start on February 20. The expert and monitoring panel, technical experts, who were appointed for assessing the wealth of Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple met on Tuesday February 10 at Tiruvananthapuram. The expert panel was headed by M V Nair and monitoring panel was head by M N Krishnan. They have assessed the results of a trial run of documentation carried ahead of the actual evaluation.

M V Nair, the head of the expert panel, said that the trail run which was performed with the help of a high – end device provided by Keltron was a successful. In this meeting they also monitored the trial version of documentation process. The latest modern device used for evaluation was supplied by Keltron for evaluating the unearthed treasure from the vaults of Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple.

According the source, Nair said that they will submit the trail run of the documentation process to the Supreme Court on February 15 for the evaluation process. The all functions of the panels would be recorded with high quality camera and under perfect security. He was also said that the documentation of the temple wealth is the first phase, and the second phase would starts which includes evaluation of the temple wealth.

The high quality devices including karatmeter which are very fast and accurate machines were using to measuring precious metals and finished jewellery. There has been installed Digital Archiving of Temple Antiques (DATA) to ensure there was no manual intervention.
