Wandoor is the constituency in Kerala with maximum number of voters. Wandoor is also holding the record of maximum number of female voters in Kerala. The total number of femle voters in Wndoor is 93404. UDF won this seat in the last two assembly elections with a lead of 28225 votes in 2001 and 17161 in 2006Nilambur
Panchayaths/municipality: Vazhikkadavu, Moothedam, Edakkara, Pothukallu, Chungathara, Nilambur, Karulayi, Amarambalam.
Total Voters: 172545
Currently all panchayaths and municipality is under the rule of UDF. In 2001 UDF won by 21620 votes and by 18070 votes in 2006. Chaliyar, Chokad and Kalikavu has been shifted from Nilambur. This gives some hope to LDF to capture Nilambur.Manjeri
