Kochi Tuskers Kerala Team logo for IPL 4 season

The logos of the IPL 4 teams tend to stand out - on jerseys, bags, caps, etc. This logo gives them a sense of pride of belonging to a particular team. Fans, too, advertise the logo on their clothes - and sometimes faces too!

When the IPL Kochi Tuskers team was formed, naturally, a logo needed to be designed. In order to involve their enthusiastic fans, the owners of the team, Kochi Cricket Pvt Ltd, decided to go online and take the feedback of the fans. As a result of their votes, the logo was eventually selected.

The Kochi Tuskers team logo prominently displays two tusks. After all, Kerala is famed for its elephants and the name itself of the team is 'Tuskers'. The front face of the logo has this name with the name of the State below it. The first part of the team name 'Kochi' is in the back black backround (to represent the colour of an elephant) and 'Tuskers' is in the front against a violet-colour backdrop. This matches the colour which appears on the Kochi Tuskers team kit.

The logo of Kochi Tuskers appears on the team jersey on the left side of the chest, on the sleeve, and on the left leg of the trousers. It will also be on the team cap.
