Air India Express set to operate 3 direct flights to Kerala
Air India Express informed that they will operate 3 more flights to Kerala. The officials told that their low budget flights will run direct flights to Kozhikode, Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram from Muscat
Air India Express officials that they are ready to operate their low budget direct flights to Kerala from Muscat. The flights will start their operation from October 31st onwards to three destinations; Kozhikode, Kochi and Trivandrum. They also informed that they are also planning to increase the number of flights running between India and Gulf. These low budget flights will help the common Kerala and surrounding region expatriates and also will lower the busy schedule in this region.
According to the new schedule, from Muscat, A-I Express will operate seven daily standalone flights per week to Kozhikode and Thiruvananthapuram and four flights per week to Kochi. The Airline also informed they will operate one flight to Trivandrum, one to Kochi and two flights per week to Kozhikode from Salalah. They will increase their service to India from 17 to 19 flights per week. The four direct standalone flights from Muscat to Thiruvananthapuram will be on Saturdays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and the four direct standalone flights to Kochi will be on Saturdays, Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. The two direct flights from Salalah to Kozhikode will run on every Wednesdays and Fridays and the direct flight to Trivandrum on all Sundays. The Kochi flight is scheduled on every Thursday.
The decisions were taken during their official meeting in the A I Express Headquarters in India with a moto to meet the current market requirements. Kerala is most benefited from this as Kerala is the only state in the country with three International airports.
