Kothat Idayar Varghese and Sheeba are the parents of Dhanya.
Dhanya Mary came to film industry through the Tamil film Thirudi. She has got a good support from her parents .The talented modelling girl came to Malayalam film Industry through Thalappavu named film directed by Madhupal. Then Dhanya got some meaty roles in Veettilekkulla vazhi, Karayilekkoru Kadal dooram and Kerala Cafe.
