CREDAI Kerala Property show 2011 at Kaloor International Stadium

Developers association of India organizing CREDAI property show at Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium,Kaloor,Cochin. CREDAI is the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India. This property expo displays various real estate builders with their latest and featuring projects and offerings. The show is facilitating the peoples to show the leasing Interior designers brand showcase and their latest offerings. CREDAI property show will give a comprehensive shopping experience to customers. The show starts today 16th December 2011 and will be ended on 20th December 2011. The show time will be morning10 AM to evening 8 PM. CREDAI has expanded the scope of the Property Show by integrating leading brands of home accessory manufacturers.

The CREDAI Kerala property shows at Kaloor stadium inaugurated by our minister Dr. Muneer, he is the minister of Panchayats and social welfare. The expo has lot of stalls. Various developers in our state are showcasing their projects. CREDAI property show arranging separate stalls for various manufactures, interior designers, home accessories and banks. The show is facilitating to reach the projects and products of real estate developers to the peoples.

One of the CREDAI property show is that to showcase the new trends and projects before peoples. This will increase the confidence of buyers. This helps the Keralites to select their dream homes from leading builders. The last CREDAI Kerala property show was on 29th July 2011 to July 31st 2011 at Marine drive and the inauguration ceremony was held by Union Civil Aviation Minister Vayalar Ravi. In this expo they were displaying 200 projects from 50 leading real estate developers. There were about 90 stalls for showcasing separates projects. In addition to the display of these properties they were also displayed the important street cleaning machine, the CREDAI Clean City E-toilet and the stalls for showing the centralized solid waste management system in apartments and gated colonies which are part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) activity, the CREDAI Clean City Movement.
